Iran unrest leaves 65 dead, over 2,300 detained

The death toll from protests that erupted amid the devaluation of the local currency in Iran has risen to 65.

Axar.az reports that this was announced by the Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA).

It was stated that 2,311 people have been detained during the protests.

According to data collected by the thirteenth day of the protests, demonstrations were held at 512 locations in 180 cities across 31 provinces nationwide.
