Azerbaijani gas could reach Serbia after 2027

Azerbaijani gas could be supplied to Serbia after 2027 via a planned interconnector between Greece and North Macedonia.

Axar.az reports that Dmitry Zykov made the statement in an interview with TASS.

He noted that once the Greece–North Macedonia gas interconnector is completed, gas could be transported bypassing Bulgaria. The project is expected to be commissioned in 2027.

Zykov added that if an additional interconnector between North Macedonia and Serbia is implemented, Azerbaijani gas could also be delivered to Serbia.
