A drone strike hit a college dormitory in the city of Starobilsk in Ukraine’s Luhansk region.

Axar.az informs, citing Russian media, that the strike destroyed one of the dormitory buildings.

It is reported that 18 people were trapped under the rubble. Rescue services from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation said one body has been recovered from the debris.

Later the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation Yana Lantratova has stated that four people were killed.

At the time of the strike, 86 people aged between 14 and 18 were inside the dormitory.
