The US is trying to drive between Turkiye and Greece.

Axar.az reports that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said this in his statement to journalists while returning from a visit to the UAE.

He said that despite the distance between them being so close, it is wrong for the two countries to march with voices that inflame enmity.

"On the other hand, who makes us angry?" From this point of view, some circles, especially the United States, are trying to pit both countries against each other. They don't send F-16s to Turkiye even if we pay for it, but they still send the fighters in question to Greece. We are not going to back down just because the US is doing it. I will visit Greece on December 7 and we will sit down with the other side and discuss several issues and find a solution. Of course, we have differences of opinion and there are such deep issues that it is impossible to solve them all at once. However, there are issues that we can solve immediately and that will expand the basis of cooperation."
