Turkish companies will participate in the construction of NATO's largest military base in Europe in Romania.

Axar.az reports that the Turkish publication "Aydinlig" published information about this.

"NATO has started the construction of the largest military base in Europe in Romania. Turkish companies are also expected to participate in the construction. The parties are negotiating on this issue," the information stated.

The publication said that Ankara will send iron, steel, copper and cement to Romania for the construction of the base.
