The "Crocus City Hall" concert hall, which burned down as a result of the terrorist attack on March 22, was held hostage by "Gazprombank".

Axar.az reports that RBK published information about this concerning the Unified State Register of Real Estate.

"Building No. 20 on Mejdunarodnaya Street, with an area of more than 38,000 square meters belonging to Crocus International, is mortgaged with a mortgage agreement dated November 2023, and the encumbrance of the property is valid until December 24, 2032," the information stated.

Both "Krokus Group" and "Gazprombank" refused to make a statement to RBK.
