The invitation of President Ilham Aliyev's Ukrainian colleague Volodymyr Zelensky to the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP29) of the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, which will be held in Baku in November, is in order.

Axar.az reports that these words were noted by political scientist Elkhan Sahinoglu.

He said that Volodymyr Putin would not come to the event in Baku.

"Because otherwise, leaders of Western countries and international organizations would not have attended the event in Baku. "Zelensky's arrival to our country, accepting Ilham Aliyev's invitation, will be Baku's next message to the United States and the European Union that despite its partnership with Russia, Azerbaijan still supports the territorial integrity of Ukraine."
