The end of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine depends very much on Russian President Vladimir Putin and what he decides, he must show his sincere willingness to dialogue.

Axar.az reports that US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said these words at the World Economic Forum held in Saudi Arabia.

According to him, Putin expects that Russia will be able to hold out longer than Ukraine and the countries that support Ukraine, but with the support of the West, he intends to send a clear signal: Ukraine will not only survive but also succeed:

"I hope that Mr. Putin will understand this and express his willingness to sincerely negotiate following the basic principles underlying the international community and the UN Charter - sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence."
