NATO failed to fulfill two important points regarding supporting the Ukrainian army.
Axar.az reports that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this during a meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, who is on a visit to Kyiv.
"Stability at the front, the power of our army, taking the initiative, carrying out counter-offensive operations - all this depends on three main points. The first point is financing, which was positively voted by both partners at the bilateral level and the United States. The second point is the timely delivery of weapons. The third point is the question of what exactly will be delivered to Ukraine.
"Alliance has fulfilled only the first of the specified conditions by voting for the allocation of funds, but there are no positive aspects in other issues," Zelensky said.
