Gert Jan Koopman, Director General for Neighborhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Commission, will visit Turkiye after his South Caucasus visit.

"There is a lot of work ahead to take advantage of promising opportunities that will benefit the entire region and solve problems. Now I am going to Ankara, which is very important for the important relations with the European Union and for the projects of establishing relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan", - it was noted in the sharing.

It should be noted that Gert Jan Koopman, Director General for Enlargement and Neighborhood Policy of the European Commission (EC), visited Armenia, Georgia and finally Azerbaijan.
