If offered, we will send troops to Ukraine - Johnson

Sweden does not currently intend to send military personnel to Ukraine, but we may consider it if NATO members agree.

Axar.az reports that Swedish Defense Minister Paul Johnson told journalists about this.

"As far as I understand, there was no common position between the countries that came together at the Paris Summit earlier this year, and now if a specific proposal appears, we can consider this issue," the minister noted.

It should be noted that French President Emmanuel Macron made a speech for the first time with the proposal to send NATO troops to Ukraine.
