The budget of the CSTO for the current year requires an amendment due to the refusal of the Armenian leadership to pay.

Axar.az reports that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia has released information about this.

"At present, work is underway on the relevant draft decision of the Collective Security Council. In this case, there is no question of redistribution of contributions. The secretariat of the CSTO and the Joint Headquarters of the CSTO have reduced expenses due to Yerevan's recall of its employees from quota positions," the information said.

It is noted that Moscow is in favor of Yerevan continuing its financial obligations in accordance with the CSTO Charter.
