The Biden administration’s ability to increase weapons supplies to Ukraine is limited.

"President Biden has limitations in increasing weapons supplies to Ukraine because much of the funding can only be used for weapons stored in the Pentagon's warehouses. Additionally, the U.S. cannot send large quantities of weapons and ammunition to Kyiv, as this would reduce its own military defense capabilities.

Biden and his administration are trying to provide maximum support to Kyiv and exert pressure on Moscow in the remaining two months before the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump," the report states.
