Arbel Yehud, the prisoner whose return Israel insists on, is alive and will return to her homeland.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in a statement by Hamas.

“The occupation (Israel) is stalling under the pretext of captive Arbel Yehud, even though the movement informed mediators that she is alive and gave all the necessary guarantees for her release,” the statement said.

It should be noted that Israeli officials had previously announced that Hamas violated the Gaza ceasefire agreement by not releasing Arbel Yehud.
