From January 1 to April 30, 2025, Azerbaijani airlines paid 89,746 euros to Armaeronavigation for flights operated through Armenian airspace.

Axar.az reports that this was stated in an official statement by the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia.

This is almost twice as much as in the first six months of last year. Thus, the amount of payments for the period from January 1 to May 31, 2024, amounted to 49,459 euros.

From January to May 2023, the payment was slightly less than 40 thousand euros, and for 2023 it was about 80 thousand euros.

The payments were made through the central office of Eurocontrol (European Organization for the Safety of Air Navigation).

It should be noted that "Armaeronavigatsiya" CJSC provides air navigation services for flights in the airspace of Armenia.
