Russian President Vladimir Putin has become a mass murderer of Russian soldiers and has completely ignored US peace efforts.

The minister noted that Putin's statements demonstrate complete disregard for US peace efforts.

"While the United States and the rest of the world are calling for an immediate end to the killings, the main Russian war criminal is discussing plans to seize more Ukrainian territory and kill Ukrainians," Sybiha stressed.

It should be noted that the Kremlin leader expressed the opinion at the International Economic Forum in St. Petersburg that "everything a Russian soldier sets foot on is Russian territory."
