There is no indication that Armenia wants to leave the CIS, and this option is ruled out.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by the Secretary-General of the CIS, Sergey Lebedev, while commenting on the possibility of Yerevan withdrawing from the organization amid Armenian Prime Minister Pashinyan’s statements about leaving the CSTO and joining the EU.

“I completely rule out this option. We see no signs that Armenia intends to leave the CIS — and the same goes for Azerbaijan,” he said.
