The US intelligence agency feels themselves at home in Saudi Arabia.
Oleg Kuznetsov told this to Axar.az speaking about the Saudi King's visit to Russia. He noted that he follows Arabian countries' military cooperation with Russia:
"That's why I have made a research on 3 billion weapon contract through Saudi King's visit to Russia. The situation happened with Ar-Riyad (to be in the blacklist of the UN) can't be called a coincidence because I can say based on my own experience that, this kind of situations are not happening as a coincidence in the world. Coincidental incidents can happen only during the relations between two countries. I don't remember any coincidence appeared with the UN in past century.
We should understand that any decisions this organization makes it is rational because UN never makes spontaneous decisions. They need a sufficient amount of time and lobbying to get any decision.
The synchronization between Saudi King's visit to Russia and UN's decision to put Saudi Arabia on the blacklist which the countries in there known as the countries that violate human rights proves that, American intelligence agency feels themselves at home in Saudi Arabia. By doing so, they have the opportunity to make their foreign policy departments accessible and time-consuming, so that they can achieve repressive political decision-making in a large and sluggish international organization like the United Nations. Most likely, American diplomats started to discuss repression against Saudi Arabia with UN after CIA received information about King's visit to Russia. This step is not only effective impact against Saudis but also this is effective against Russia. With this way, they again show to society that, Kreml is in relation with only dictator (as Americans say) countries such as Turkey, Iran, Syria and now Saudi Arabia. For this reason, I see this political demarche as a multi-vector step not only to damage the political reputation of Saudi Arabia but also a multi-vector step."
as a multi-vector step.
