In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev, the Ministry of Defense, Zakir Hesenov have been at the frontline, to investigate the combat capability of the military units of the Armed Forces Zone, military and psycho-psychological preparation of the personnel, as well as civilian security.

Axar.az reports that Defense Minister, Colonel-General Zakir Hasanova, spoke about the current situation in the mountainous area and in difficult climates. Then, the leadership of the Defense Ministry, who came to the villages near the conflict line, met with local residents, interested in their concerns, problems and security issues. Residents of the village agreed with the army that they were always ready to perform any task and agreed with the high level of military service and the reliable protection of the state border and expressed their gratitude to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Mr. Ilham Aliyev.
