The European Commission cannot provide alternative vaccines to citizens registered in the European Union.

Axar.az reports that the statement came from Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban.

"There is no Western or Eastern vaccine. Only bad and good vaccines are available. The EU has failed to provide Europe with a fast and effective vaccine," he said.
