A vaccine against cancer will be developed

The company that produces the vaccine against the coronavirus has decided to develop a vaccine against cancer.

Axar.az reports that Ugur Shahin, the founder of "BionTech", which produces the coronavirus vaccine, was informed about this.

Shahin said that between 2025 and 2029, they plan to obtain research data for several other therapeutic approaches:

"The first personalized cancer vaccines could be approved before 2030. We take blood and tumour samples from the patient and after 4 weeks we vaccinate the individual."
