"Now we are discussing not the conflict itself, but how to strengthen peace and how to institutionalize it," A. Grigoryan emphasized.

According to him, the ratification of the peace agreement in the future and the restoration of communications in the region are part of the process of institutionalizing the agreements reached between Baku and Yerevan in Washington on August 8.
