Araghchi welcomed in Baku ahead of official talks

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has departed for Azerbaijan.

Axar.az reports that the minister is accompanied by a delegation.

During the visit, he is expected to meet with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and several other officials.

It is noted that Araghchi’s visit to Azerbaijan was previously announced for December 8.

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi’s visit to Azerbaijan has begun.

The diplomat was welcomed by Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Iran, Ali Alizade, and staff from the Iranian Embassy in Baku.
