Azerbaijani investments in Montenegro reach up to $1b

Azerbaijani companies have invested up to one billion US dollars in Montenegro.

Axar.az reports that this was stated by Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with Montenegro’s Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ervin Ibrahimović.

He noted that the current level of trade turnover is not satisfactory.

“We also discussed cooperation in tourism. There was an exchange of views on direct flights between the capitals of the two countries,” Bayramov said.
