Azerbaijan, Russia discuss bilateral cooperation

Azerbaijan Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with Mikhail Galuzin.

Axar.az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting focused on Azerbaijan–Russia relations, including political, economic, trade, and humanitarian cooperation.

The sides also discussed regional and international security issues of mutual interest.

Both officials emphasized the importance of mutual visits and contacts in advancing the cooperation agenda and reviewed the role of the Intergovernmental Commission on economic cooperation in developing bilateral economic ties, along with future areas of collaboration.

They also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest and considered prospects for further cooperation.
