After Israel's strikes on Iran, flight restrictions were imposed in the country.

Axar.az reports that "Fars" news agency confirmed that there were explosions near the air base in Isfahan. It was reported that three strong explosions were heard near the military airbase located in the northwest of Isfahan.

After the explosions, the air defence systems were activated and fired at the target, which was believed to be a drone.

"Mehr" agency said that "small-sized UAVs" were shot down by air defence forces.

After that, flights were suspended in many regions of Iran.

All flights in Tehran, Isfahan, Shiraz, and western, northwestern and southwestern regions have been cancelled.

At the same time, the planes flying over Iran changed their routes.

Siyavush Mihandust, a high-ranking officer of the Iranian army in Isfahan, said that there was no serious incident.

"Air defence systems fired at a suspicious flying target, there were no injuries."
