Axar.az reports that this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the Turkic States Organization (TDT) in Bishkek.

The President emphasized that military drills involving the armed forces of the countries are being conducted, and that the education of students from brotherly countries at our military educational institutions is a testament to mutual trust and friendship.
