Peace contacts with Armenia continue, but no major progress yet.

Axar.az reports contacts across multiple fronts in the peace process with Armenia are ongoing, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said in remarks to journalists.

Bayramov noted that despite continued dialogue, no meaningful progress has been made in the Armenia-Azerbaijan normalization process.

“Currently, Azerbaijan has specific expectations from Armenia,” the minister stated. “These include the renunciation of territorial claims and the formal dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group. We are closely monitoring these developments.”

He added that while communication is active, substantial steps toward resolution have yet to be achieved.
