Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States, arrived in Azerbaijan on April 1.

Axar.az, informs that the OTS Secretary General was welcomed at Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Head of Department for Eastern Europe, South Caucasus, Western and Central Asia of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan Gursel Ismayilzade and other officials.

Earlier, the Prime Minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Unal Ustel, had also begun his visit to Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that the second meeting of the heads of government and vice presidents of the member states of the Organization of Turkic States will be held in Baku on April 2. The first meeting took place in September last year in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.
