MFA marks Victory over Fascism anniversary

Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan has congratulated the Azerbaijani people on the 81st anniversary of Victory over Fascism.

Axar.az reports that the message was shared on the ministry’s X account.

“On the occasion of the 81st anniversary of Victory over Fascism, we congratulate our people. The Azerbaijani people showed great sacrifice during World War II and made a significant contribution to victory over fascism both on the front lines and in the rear. We honour the memory of our compatriots who died in the war and wish our veterans good health and long life,” the statement reads.
