A total of 21,000 square meters of a warehouse was burned in a fire in Lokbatan.

Axar.az reports that, according to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the fire broke out at a warehouse in the Lokbatan settlement of the Qaradagh district, where various goods were stored in a complex with a total area of 46,000 square meters. Of this, 21,000 square meters were damaged by fire.

The remaining part of the warehouse was protected from the flames.

Earlier, on May 12, a major fire broke out at the facility. To extinguish it, 182 personnel, 40 pieces of special equipment, and 2 helicopters were deployed. The fire was contained and prevented from spreading, while full extinguishing operations are still ongoing.
