New fines have been established for non-compliance with the rules of conduct while applying the social emergency environment regime.

Axar.az reports that in this regard, President Ilham Aliyev approved the change to the Code of Administrative Offenses.

Thus, individuals will be fined from one hundred to two hundred manats, and officials from three hundred to six hundred manats, for non-compliance with the rules of conduct during the application of the emergency environmental regime of a social nature. Or, depending on the circumstances of the case, taking into account the identity of the offender, administrative arrest for a period of up to one month will be applied, and legal entities will be fined from one thousand manats to one thousand five hundred manats.
