The match ended in a 1–1 draw. Following this result, Turan Tovuz remains third in the standings with 56 points, while Zira holds fourth place with 46 points.

Earlier matches in the round produced several notable results. “Sumgayit” secured a 2–0 victory over “Imishli,” while “Shamakhi” also recorded a 2–0 win against “Kapaz.” League leaders “Qarabag” delivered a dominant performance, defeating “Neftchi” 5–1. The match between “Gabala” and “Araz-Nakhchivan” ended in a 1–1 draw.

In the final match of the round, “Sabah” continued their winning form with a 2–0 victory over “Karvan-Yevlax.” The Masazir-based club secured all three points to close out the XXIX round.
