During the conference, which was broadcast live on 24 TV channels, the President answered questions in English, Russian and Turkish. It was stated that Ilham Aliyev also knew French.

At an online press conference due to the pandemic, Ilham Aliyev did not ignore the questions of foreign journalists who arrived in Baku with the organization of the Global Council of Journalists (GCJ).

Chairman of the KGC Board Mehmet Ali Dim said that the President broke the world record with a 4-hour non-stop conference:

"I have never seen such a patient leader," he said. He answered all the questions sincerely. The Azerbaijani people are very lucky. Such an experienced and educated leader could not be in every country. "

London-based journalist and KGK Deputy Secretary-General Aynur Tattersall said the meeting with world leaders lasted an average of half an hour to an hour.

"I have been a journalist for 25 years, watching press conferences around the world. It is the first time I see a world leader answer a journalist's question in his own language for such a long time.”
