Modi and Putin discuss Alaska summit, bilateral ties

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a phone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin and discussed the recent meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump in Alaska.

Axar.az reports that Modi shared this on his X account.

“I thank my friend President Putin for the call and for sharing information about his meeting with President Trump in Alaska. India has always supported a peaceful resolution to the Russia-Ukraine conflict and welcomes all efforts in this direction. I look forward to continuing our relations in the coming days,” the Prime Minister added.
