'Tuesdays No to Execution' continues in 52 Iranian prisons

On Tuesday, October 14, 2025, the “No to Execution Tuesdays” campaign entered its ninety-first week, with coordinated actions in 52 prisons across Iran.

Axar.az informs, according to NCRI, in Unit 2 of Ghezel Hesar Prison, participating inmates staged a hunger strike, demanding an end to the regime’s execution machine.

The campaign’s statement declared: “At the same time as the World Day Against the Death Penalty, prisoners allied to the campaign at Ghezel Hesar raised slogans denouncing execution, expressing disgust at these cruel and inhuman sentences.”
