Spain to host secret Coalition of Willing meeting on Ukraine

Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold a secret and private meeting of the “Coalition of the Willing” on Tuesday, November 4.

Axar.az informs according to El Mundo, the meeting will bring together director generals from the 35 member countries to discuss how to continue assisting Ukraine. It will be an intensive workday beginning at 9 a.m. and ending after 3:30 p.m., divided into two sessions focused on advancing aid to Kyiv as the war nears its fourth year.

The gathering is being organized under strict secrecy. Participants have been warned that mobile phones will not be allowed — they must be stored in a designated area — and they are asked not to share any information about the meeting publicly: *“Delegates are requested not to publish information about the meeting on public platforms or social media.”*

The first session will address how to increase support for Ukraine, including urgent financial needs, military and defense efforts, and ways to coordinate initiatives to heighten pressure on Russia. Delegates aim to identify aid priorities and reach new agreements.
