Axar.az informs according to the National Hydrometeorology Service, light drizzle is possible in some areas overnight from October 31 to November 1. A moderate southwest wind will shift to a moderate northwest wind in the evening.

Air temperature will be +10–15°C at night and +19–22°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will drop from 765 to 762 mm Hg. Relative humidity will range from 70–80% at night to 55–65% during the day.

In the regions of Azerbaijan, mostly dry weather is expected. Fog will form in some areas at times. The west wind will occasionally strengthen in certain districts.

The temperature will be +5–9°C at night and +19–24°C during the day, while in the mountains it will range from 0–4°C below zero at night to +5–9°C during the day.
