Netanyahu postpones India visit after Delhi attack

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has postponed his official visit to India, scheduled for December, due to the security situation in the capital, Delhi.

Axar.az reports, citing ANI, that the decision was prompted by a terrorist attack that occurred in Delhi on November 10.

The foreign ministries of Israel and India are coordinating a new date for Netanyahu’s visit.

On November 10, a car bomb exploded in India’s capital, killing 13 people and injuring more than 20. The Indian government has classified the car explosion as a terrorist attack.
