Trump and Modi discuss cooperation and trade

US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi discussed bilateral cooperation and the Russia-Ukraine war in a morning phone call, along with other issues.

Axar.az reports that Trump wrote about this on the "Truth Social" social network.

"We talked about many issues, including trade and stopping the Russia-Ukraine war... Modi agreed to stop buying Russian oil and to buy more oil from the United States and potentially from Venezuela. This will help stop the war in Ukraine, which is happening right now, where thousands of people are dying! - he noted.
