Bill Gates denies false claims in unsent Epstein email

Microsoft founder Bill Gates was named in an unsent email from American financier Jeffrey Epstein.

Axar.az reports that Gates commented on this in an interview with 9News. According to the billionaire, Epstein wrote the letter for himself.

"It's likely that Jeffrey wrote the email for himself. This letter was never sent, it's a lie," Bill Gates said.

He also suggested that the financier was trying to put him in a difficult situation. Gates said that he regretted every minute he spent with Jeffrey Epstein and apologized for his relationship with him.

Jeffrey Epstein was tried for sexual assault and child sexual exploitation of minors. He committed suicide in a Manhattan prison in 2019. On January 30, the US Department of Justice released 3 million pages of documents related to the criminal case against the financier.

Two emails sent by Epstein to his email on July 13, 2013, allege that Bill Gates had sex with "Russian girls" and contracted sexually transmitted infections from them. Epstein claims that this forced Gates to take antibiotics.
