Based on the telephone conversation held on March 8, 2026, between Ilham Aliyev and Masoud Pezeshkian, another batch of humanitarian aid has been sent to Iran today to help meet the current needs of the friendly and neighboring Iranian people.

Axar.az informs that the humanitarian aid sent to Iran includes a total of 82 tons of various items, such as food products, medicines, and medical supplies.

Of this amount, 76 tons consist of food products, 4 tons of medicines, and 2 tons of medical supplies.

The humanitarian aid is being transported by five cargo trucks (TIRs).

Considering that the aid is being sent ahead of the Novruz holiday, the trucks have also been loaded with traditional holiday gifts and festive products.
