Ronaldo invests €10 million in mineral water production

Cristiano Ronaldo has invested €10 million in a mineral water business.

Axar.az reports, citing Tribuna, that in partnership with Grupo Outeirinho, the Al-Nassr and Portugal national team forward has created a new bottled mineral water brand in the Goshtei area, located in the Braganca district of Portugal.

Construction of the new plant has already begun. The goal is to enter national and international markets by the end of next year.

Following the creation of the Ursu9 brand in Spain, the Portuguese footballer decided to launch a similar project in his home country.

The total investment will be around €20 million: €10 million will be contributed by Grupo Outeirinho, which controls 45% of the Portuguese water market, and another €10 million by Cristiano Ronaldo.

Grupo Outeirinho assures that the investment will also benefit the Goshtei area: new jobs will gradually be created here. Construction of the plant is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.

It should be noted that Ronaldo, 41, has previously invested in the bottled water business. In the summer of 2023, he became a co-owner of the Ursu9 water brand, which was unveiled in Madrid.
