Consequences of Middle East conflict difficult to predict

The escalation of the conflict in the Middle East has affected multiple industries, with its consequences difficult to predict—even for those directly involved, Russian President Vladimir Putin said.

Axar.az informs that Putin noted that entire sectors, including those related to hydrocarbon extraction and processing, metals, fertilizer production, and many other goods, have been hit.

"The consequences of the Middle East conflict are difficult to predict accurately. I believe even those involved in the conflict cannot forecast them," the Russian leader added.

"But for us, it is even more challenging," he continued. "Nevertheless, we must continue to live and operate under the conditions created by these events."
