Cuba tried to deliver secret letter to Trump - WSJ

Last week, the grandson of former Cuban leader Raul Castro reportedly asked a wealthy Havana businessman to personally deliver a secret letter to US President Donald Trump, outside of regular diplomatic channels.

Axar.az informs citing the Wall Street Journal, the letter was formatted similarly to a diplomatic note and carried an official Cuban seal, according to U.S. official .

Publication reported that the attempted back-channel message to Trump proposed economic and investment agreements as well as sanctions relief, and warned that the Cuban regime was preparing for a U.S. incursion, the U.S. official said.
