US refuses visas for Iran president’s UN communications team

The United States has refused to issue visas to President Masoud Pezeshkian’s media team, forcing him to travel to New York for the UN General Assembly without them, an Iranian official said on Monday.

Axar.az reports, citing Iran International, Habibollah Abbasi, director-general of public relations in the president’s office, described the decision as a “hostile act.”
