A magnitude 5.4 earthquake has struck Turkiye’s Sanliurfa province.

Axar.az reports, citing Turkiye’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the earthquake was felt in Gaziantep, Sanliurfa, Elazig, Malatya and Diyarbakir.

Cracks have appeared on some roads in Diyarbakir following a magnitude 5.4 earthquake in Turkiye’s Sanliurfa province.

The earthquake was recorded at a depth of 7.39 kilometers in Sanliurfa’s Karakopru district and was felt in surrounding provinces.

Cracks were observed on some roads in Diyarbakır following the tremor.

Sanliurfa Governor Hasan Sildak said there were no casualties.
