Turkiye's tourism experience will be applied in Shusha

Aydin Karimov, the special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan for the city of Shusha, who is on a visit to Turkiye, and the delegation led by him met with the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Turkiye, Mehmet Nuri Ersoy.

Axar.az reports that the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Turkiye has released information about this.

During the meeting, the Turkish minister was informed about the restoration and construction works of Shusha, the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, which were carried out after the liberation from occupation.

The international cultural events held in Shusha, the cultural capital of the Turkic world for 2023, and the contribution of these events to the cultural cooperation of the Turkish states were specially mentioned.

At the meeting, a wide range of ideas were exchanged regarding the development of the tourism sector in Shusha, one of the most beautiful regions of Azerbaijan. The expansion of tourism infrastructure, the training of qualified personnel in this field was touched upon, and the possibilities of applying Turkiye's successful tourism experience were discussed.
