Axar.az reports that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said this at a press conference held within the framework of the OSCE Council of Ministers meeting in Skopje.

He said that the West is destroying the OSCE.

"The West has never learned from this failed policy. They are destroying the organization even now."
