The details of the meeting between US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Riyadh have been revealed.

Axar.az reports that Matthew Miller, the spokesperson of the US State Department, informed about this.

Miller noted that the parties discussed the release of hostages and efforts aimed at an immediate ceasefire. At the same time, Blinken said that Hamas is responsible for the continuation of military operations in the Gaza Strip.

Fidan and Blinken reviewed ongoing efforts to secure lasting peace in the region, including the creation of a full-fledged Palestinian state.
